It turned out to be a spectacular day at Continental, a little on the warm side but certainly tolerable. The golf was excellent also as Bryan Bruce led the way with 33 points and plus 7 in the Stableford competition. He also teamed with Lee Wilson who was also in the plus column to distance themselves from the rest of the gang at plus 13 and splitting the $30 first place money.
We found the course to be very hickory friendly with some of the best greens we have played all summer.
