What a pleasant surprise Water Oak GC turned out to be and a good turnout by the Florida Hickory Golfers members. Lots of elevation changes, extremely challenging par threes and long par fives. Not at all like the mostly flat courses you find in our great golfing state. Certainly worth a stop if you are in the area. Will Peterson amassed 35 points, while Nancy Keating and newcomer Rachel Weaver were 8 points to the good on their quota. Natalie Wells and Kirby Wilson took the team title with 10 points above their required quota.
